Employment FAQ's: 1. What is the pay scale? *Babysitters make $11 per hour for one child and $1 more per hour per additional sibling. Nannies can make anywhere from $13-$18 per hour depending on experience 2. What kind of hours does this job have? *Babysitters work random hours and random days (you decide what you work). Nannies typically have a set schedules. 3. Am I guaranteed a certain amount of hours a week? *Only nannies have a set guaranteed schedule, babysitters take jobs they can work but you are not guaranteed any certain job or any certain amount of hours. 4. What qualifications do I need to have? *All employees must be or have the following: - must have at least 6 months of child care experience (does not include babysitting relatives) - must be 18 years of age or older - must have reliable transportation - must have at least 3 references (no relatives) 5. What type of screening process do you require? *The Nanny Club prides itself on having the best screening process for potential employees in northern Nevada. This includes but is not limited to: -Drug testing -TB skin testing -Background Check -CPR certification -DMV drivers history record -Child care training -Check references 6. Do I have to pay for any of this stuff? *The Nanny Club pays for your background check, drug testing and your TB skin test up front but we do ask that you pay us back for that within six months of employment with our company. 7. How much does that cost? -Background Check $50-$85 - Drug Test $50 -TB Skin Test $15 8. What if I have a work permit card for child care. Also known as a sheriff's card, this work permit mean that you have had a background check through the company and there-fore means you do not need to get a background check by us. 9.
